Nextgen is a very professional and knowledgable company to work with. Matt and James were outstanding in their respective roles. Matt (the estimator) … More explained everything to me in a very clear and concise manner from total cost estimates (which were reasonable based on my research of 5 other companies and their services provided) the materials to be used, Warranties provided, potential trouble spots during the job etc. James (the site supervisor) supervised the four person crew the entire time they were here. He remained onsite at all times and he also jumped in to help wherever needed and to troubleshoot any issues that came up during the process. James and Matt know more about roofs than anyone man should know!! We had a full roof strip down and replacement completed in one day on our house and shed. Matt arrived about 6:30 am or so and the rest of the crew arived shortly thereafter. The entire crew were excellent and never stopped working but for a 30 minute or so lunch period. All work and a complete cleanup of the site was completed at about 5:30 pm the same day. Looking at the place at the end of the day one would never even know anyone was here. Matt (who had left earlier for other job site responsibilites) returned later that afternoon to look in on things and perform a final walk around with me to review the work and answer any last minute questions. Lastly, Virginia in the office was also very professional and very pleasant to work with on adminstrative matters and paperwork related to the roof installation. Replacing a roof may not be the most exciting thing to do for a homeowner, but Nextgen made it as painless a process as it could be. Thanks again to all.
