A Day in the Life of a Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you start each day ready to personally connect with customers and offer them the best solutions for their roofing and related construction needs (siding, gutters, windows, skylights, decks, etc). With your Manager, you go over the prior day’s sales activities and determine your strategy. Together, you develop the best possible game plan to give you the winning edge. And, our Sales team assists in keeping your day streamlined to help you maximize your time.

Meeting with potential clients, you carefully listen to their concerns and build rapport. You love being able to spend some time outside as you access roofs to conduct a thorough evaluation. Well versed in all of the services, products, and financing options that we provide, you are able to recommend solutions and provide quotes. For leads that did not close, you are always sure to follow up to ensure that their roofing and construction needs are met. You feel great about literally putting a roof over your customers’ heads while driving our revenue so that we can keep doing what we do.

Physical ability to access roofs

We are a rapidly growing exterior remodeling company and are looking for a Driver/Production Assistant to join our growing team! This position will report directly to our Production Manager and assist with everyday duties of the

Production Department including, but not limited to:

• Delivering dump trailers to the construction sites and bringing trailers to the landfill.
• Couriering materials to and from job sites.
• Picking up material orders from suppliers.
• Assisting with job site tasks including checklists, clean up, and photos.
• Utilizing our CRM to maintain proper communication with our team and the customer.
• Company vehicle will be provided.

Experience and Requirements:

• Prior experience hauling residential-size trailers is prefered.
• Clean driving record a must.
• Ability to drive and commute a must.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for a large portion of the day.
• Valid DOT Medical Certificate required (we can help with this).
• Ability to navigate a full size truck and 16′ trailer on city streets and tight spaces is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
