Absolutely great things to say about the team at Next Gen. It started with a phone call to schedule an appointment. Next up we met Jon. Jon is an absolute … More professional. We walked throughout the house, and together we identified the areas that we needed were requesting work completed, and while doing so we identified some bigger issues that of course Next Gen could handle. After reviewing the entire job over the course of a couple of visits between Jon and Brian to make sure that they got everything right for the best possible experience, we sat down and reviewed a plan and a budget that worked best for us and how best to make it all work financially.We happily signed our agreement and they ordered supplies, and it was just a few weeks later that they were ready to get to work on site. Rob and his team came on to do some demo for us. He and his team were there for 3 days, and were class acts. Helpful, engaging, and with a desire to please. The roofing team came in next just a couple of days later and banged out the entire roof save for just one section that needed special attention in just 1 day.While doing the roof they discovered another section of the house that had some issues. We discussed our options there, and made a plan, and they were back literally the very next day to make it happen with Rob and his team again.One last visit from another team to install our gutters and our project was 100% complete in just 17 days start to finish. (and it was no small task)The whole thing ended with Jon swinging back through to make sure that everything looked the way it should have and that most importantly we were happy and satisfied. (although of note, he checked in with us many times throughout the process)Next Gen is a collection of quality individuals that treat you right, and do great work.
