I was very impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of the project. From start to finish. Matt Talbot initially met with me describing the company … More and the process. Right after that he sent a proposal which was really thorough describing materials used, warranties, etc. Once I decided to go with Next Gen, the general manager reached out acknowledging my project and saying that they were starting the process with material purchasing and permitting. About a week after that, I was contacted with the install date. On the install date, a full work crew arrived at the stated time, as did Matt just to check in, and the project manager. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. By the afternoon, everyone was gone, my yard was immaculate and I had a brand new roof!Kudos also to the office staff who took my payment information and answered some of my questions . They too were very efficient and helpful.From initial meeting to new roof—-3 weeks!Thank you
