We had several issues to address. So we decided to go with Nextgen because they had years of experience, quality products with great warranties. They … More were able to repair, seal and stucco the chimney,; correct basic structure of a portion of the roof prior to removing the rest of the old roof and installing the new one,, plus they then changed the gutters to better accommodate drainage from above.They were so nice, answered all our questions and if we have problems, they will be our one source to call in the future.They arrived early, and their team worked together hard all day. It seemed that they all knew what to do on their own as they came on site. They didn’t hesitate or talk much. The roof was done at the end of the day. It was amazing. It is beautiful. Our project included a roof rejuvenation, multiple skylight replacements, multiple roof vent replacements, re-flashing the chimney. Cleaning the gutters was also included. Because of the colder weather this job required scheduling flexibility to take advantage of a very small window of warmer days. The Nextgen team was very accommodating in that regard. I can definitely say that Nextgen sent their A-Team to execute our project. Each member of the team was friendly, courteous, and very respectful of our property.
